請教各位瞭解I-901, 我申請了學校也付了I-901的費用,卻沒有要去念...那麼那張-901收據有有效期限嗎?還是一輩子的?還是可以轉讓... 目前是我該如何處理這張我認為沒什麼用處ㄉ收據呢???
